Tamutom designed this machine as a concrete cooling system.
It produces 60 tons of flake ice per day. It reaches the ice capacity by working 24 hours continuously. Hourly ice production is approximately 2500 kg.
The system has 2 30 tons of vertical type ice cylinders (evaporators).
The whole system is assembled in a 40ft standard shipping container. In this way, this system can be easily transported to all parts of the world and easily prepared for ice production.

It is an excellent system that meets the concrete cooling needs of ready-mixed concrete plants.

60 tons of flake ice produced per day is usually stored in another ice storage container placed under the container.
Flake ice stocked in the warehouse can be used automatically by transferring the required amount to the aggregate band or anywhere.
